Guidelines

1. Presentation Format

All classrooms will be equipped with a computer and projector;

The authors must have their presentation in MS PowerPoint, or PDF. It is advised to have those files stored in several different places (email, pen, cloud);

The speakers should upload their documents at least 30 minutes before the presentation. Therefore the speakers can either:

   Send the presentations by email (nidisag@isag.pt) with the request to save;

   Upload them throughout the conference days with respect concerning the 30 minutes rule.

In each session there will be one staff from the Organising Committee that will offer all support. He will be dully identified with an ICABM badge.

2. Available time for presentation

The maximum time available for presentations will be 10 minutes and a foreseen debate in the end of each presentation of 5 minutes.
